I do want Hogwarts students to know that we care about you here. We've had some unfortunate incidents in the wizarding world, and understandably people are upset, but as Head Boy, I would be remiss in neglecting that Hogwarts students might be upset, confused and otherwise frustrated with events as of late.
To that end, it is my wish that we have a forum for current students to be able to voice their concerns. We can collectively gather and bring those concerns to administrative attention, so they best know how to service student needs. If you would like to attend, it will be held in the Choir room, and Professor Flitwick has graciously agreed to assist in moderating the event and giving a faculty perspective. It will be tomorrow evening following Dinner. If you have Quidditch practice conflicts, you may leave warded messages for me to bring up at the forum.
Head Boy/Head Girl
I hope you can attend. It just seems like students are HEARING things and not feeling HEARD. Even if nothing comes of it, we should at least let them air concerns.
I heard from my parents again. I would like to meet with you, alone, tomorrow evening, if you are free.

So, I am officially going to ask Josie to marry me. My parents received her parents' consent, and I don't see any way around it without potentially inviting my parents wrath, getting disowned, or completely devestating her. They agreed to let us have a 4 year engagement so that we'll be at least 21 when we're wed. I suppose...well, we have a lot of growing in the next 5 years..
I'm interested in potentially doing some work in the defense world, though I don't know if I want to be an Auror or a Hitwizard or anything...I know I should talk to Professor Flitwick since he's my head of house but you know a lot about such things and I was hoping to get your insight. I've been greatly enjoying your course.
